Professionals Focused on Integrity and Results

The Lynch Service Company was founded in 2003 by Natalie Lynch to serve as a litigation avoidance resource for the clients of the Lynch Law Firm. Since that time, the Lynch Service Company has grown to have its own independent clientele and market niche. Many of LSC’s clients are long-term clients of Natalie Lynch or the company’s other investigators. LSC’s clients represent several industries across the nation. At its core, LSC believes in the dignity of the workplace and each employee. Our company mantra is that even though good people make mistakes, employers should not have to suffer those mistakes.

The Lynch Service Company has a prescribed investigative process that is nimble, fair, cost-conscious, and defendable. We pride ourselves on being cost-conscious, respectful, and cognizant of workplace disruptions and a valuable partner in managing workplaces. Although LSC primarily performs workplace investigations, the skills and experiences gained during those investigations position LSC’s investigators to have unique insights into other ancillary services we provide, such as trainings, drafting handbooks, and reviewing policies.

Additionally, LSC is a HUB certified, woman owned business.

Giving Back to Our Community

Each month, LSC contributes more money to community interests than it pays in rent. In particular, LSC contributes to the Texas Humane Legislative Network (THLN), but it also makes donations to organizations like Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF) and Emancipet. LSC’s founder, Natalie Lynch, strongly believes that animal welfare can and should be increased through mainstream protections and practical infrastructure. As a result, many of the financial contributions made by LSC are to like-minded animal welfare organizations.

Together with its sister company, the Texas-based Lynch Law Firm, LSC makes contributions to organizations like Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association (MAMAs) and Austin Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (AGLCC), for whom Ms. Lynch has served as a guest lecturer. These donations are sent to organizations that generally raise the standard of ethics and impact made by empowered groups of individuals.

LSC’s employees are encouraged to find their own community empowerment passions, and LSC dedicates its personnel and resources to such endeavors. Those investments in our respective communities empower us, expose each of us to new experiences that may benefit our clients, and generally maintain balance within a stressful career.

Solid Investigative Foundations

The Lynch Service Company has a strict and defensible investigative process that has been modified over decades and hundreds of investigations to provide solid results. Foundationally, LSC’s investigative process is based on the work of Elizabeth Imhoff Mabey and Eugene Ferraro, who personally trained Ms. Lynch and several LSC investigators.
