Dr. Lee

Dr. Lindsey Lee is an Independent Management Consultant, specializing in employee management through indicated evidence-based solutions including corporate investigation, employee education and training programs, and organizational development strategies. Dr. Lee acts in a consulting capacity, supporting LSC’s various service offerings.

Dr. Lee also teaches undergraduate psychology courses and has been published in multiple scholarly journals including the International Journal of Management and Decision Making and The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist. Dr. Lee earned her Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology Melbourne, Florida and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver. Dr. Lee has also been a member of the Department of Labor Employment workshop facilitation team as a Career Transition Trainer since July of 2013. In that role, she trains transitioning service members in all aspects of conducting a successful job search including job search strategies, networking, résumé preparation, and interviewing skills. She maintains membership in the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology.
